  • From June through October, Caray Green Sea Turtles visit the beach to lay their eggs. Guests can have the opportunity to take part in the turtle release event, by holding a tiny baby turtle in the palm of their hand and interacting with it before setting it free into the sea! Dreams Resorts & Spas takes every measure to ensure the continued safety and protection of the turtles through involvement with local protection agencies.
  • Our local suppliers advise guests to visit the art walk in San Jose del Cabo. This event takes place every Wednesday evening and all of the local artist show their art in downtown San Jose.
  • Missionaries who were familiar with the cave paintings found in the Sierra de la Laguna mountains above Los Cabos asked the native Cochimi about them, and were told they were done by a race of giant people long ago. If guests visit these rugged hills set against a backdrop of light, sea, sky, mountains and desert, they will begin to understand how the creative psyche can be awakened, and why Los Cabos has become a mecca for artists and art galleries
  • Every autumn, thousands of Gray whales make their annual 6,000 mile migration from the summer feeding grounds of Alaska to the calving grounds of Cabo San Lucas, the Baja and the Sea of Cortez. If guests are visiting Cabo San Lucas between late November and March, they will likely be treated to seeing some of these gentle giants, which is an incredible experience
  • The Todos Santos “Pueblo Magico” holds the Mango Festival every July, in the neighborhood of San Ignacio. Visitors can experience local artistic and cultural events and activities related to mysterious mango, witness the election of the Mango Princess of Todos Santos,  savor the flavor of the fresh, seasonal, local Mangos, and watch the beautiful local horses as they are gracefully handled by the Todos rancheros.
