"Sugar One" is a delightful three bedroom town house set over two floors and situated in the beautifully landscaped gardens of Sugar Hill in St. James on the West Coast of Barbados. It is stylishly furnished and has breathtaking sea views.
The ground floor has a fully-fitted kitchen, an open plan sitting and dining room leading out to a large terrace and deck which provides further space for dining, relaxing and entertaining. Also outside is a terraced garden with sundeck and plunge pool. All living rooms and the outside terrace have ceiling fans. A laundry room and guests cloakroom leads off the kitchen and hall.
Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor and is a large room with a Double bed and sitting area, TV and doors leading onto the deck and garden. The bedroom has a dressing area and en suite shower room. The Master bedroom is situated on the first floor and is a beautifully appointed room with a balcony. It has a dressing room and a large en suite bath/shower room. Also on the first floor is guest bedroom 2, fitted with a Double bed and separate dressing area, en suite shower room, and balcony. Both balconies have breathtaking views of the sea where guests may relax in the evening and enjoy the beauty of a Caribbean sunset. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are fully air-conditioned.
Guests staying at "Sugar One" can enjoy the excellent facilities offered at Sugar Hill. These include flood-lit tennis courts, two large swimming pools and a gymnasium. The clubhouse has an excellent restaurant offering an extensive menu for lunch and dinner. Golf is available nearby at the Royal Westmoreland Course and the West Coast beaches are within easy reach of Sugar Hill.
The house has wireless Internet, Cable TV, DVD player and an iPod stereo system. Housekeeping will be provided for up to two days per week.
