  • The resort manager is also a qualified chef who owned and managed restaurants in both Australia and New Zealand. The cuisine at Qamea can best be described as South Pacific Rim, featuring organic fruits and vegetables are organic. For breakfast guests will have a full menu to order from, with favorites such as papaya French toast or mango pancakes (seasonal). For lunch and dinner, the menus change daily, and guests will always have a choice of two entrees (starters) and three mains with at least one vegetarian option
