  • Villa Marabou – comforttable two story villa with three bedrooms. Enjoy the free form pool on the roofed sun porch and the spacious surrounding yard.   • Villa Zen – completely remodeled in 2011! No other villa has the same feel as this ultra-chic chill out vacation home. This four bedroom plusrecreation room is built on one level and has been redesigned and decorated in a modern chill out style complete with a water fall in the master bedroom that completes the indoor outdoor experience. Check out the swimming pool which winds around the kithchen and entertainment areas.
  • Villa My Way - This hacienda style villa is extremely well located for both ocean view and close proximity to the Beach Club Restaurant and Oceanside pools. As you enter through the front door you walk straight through to the view of yard, swimming pool and the magnificent ocean view. The villa is one of the most outdoor living homes on Sea Horse Ranch as there are no indoor hallways, instead the porch is the access to all living areas so that every single living space has an oceanview; from the living room, kitchen/dining room to the three bedrooms including one enormous master suite with attached office. This is one of the original Sea Horse Ranch villas which has been maintained, loved, remodeled, and recently re-decorated.
  • Villa Sirena – a tropical villa with art deco flair in which all doors open to the lushly vegetated tropical grounds and pool. Master suite features enormous bathroom with oversized bathtub and shower, walk in closet and art deco glass detailing. Guest bedrooms both feature private bathrooms with walk in showers and colorful tropical tiles. The two-tiered pool patio is surrounded by citrus plantings and provides privacy with large hibiscus and bougainvillea hedges.
