Sparkling Voyages thanks you for visiting its website, and we trust that information provided here about the destinations we specialize in, luxury vacation ideas and our portfolio of upscale properties is helpful and informative. This document sets out the terms and conditions under which Sparkling Voyages ("we") allows customers visiting the website and/or making a reservation ("you") to use this website. By accessing this website and/or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Sparkling Voyages reserves the right at any time to alter this Agreement as well as any products or services contained without notice or liability.

Booking and Travel Terms and Conditions:

The purchase of packages, air only, car rentals, tours and/or hotel offered by Sparkling Voyages constitutes a contractual agreement and implies your acceptance of Sparkling Voyages’ Terms and Conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice if no reservation with pre-payment was made, and include only services and taxes/fees listed at the time of booking. Fees or other charges such as resort fees, surcharges, other related taxes and fees, USA overflight fee, airport improvement fees (AIF), Canadian Air Travellers’ security charge, airline insurance fee or taxes imposed by the airline after your vacation purchase (if any), etc. may have to be paid locally and are solely your responsibility. Baggage allowance policies vary by airline, thus travelers should contact the airline they are flying with for the information directly. Some airport departure fees may not be included and must be paid directly to the airline. Prices quoted also do not include personal expenses, telephone and data port charges at some hotels, meals and drinks, unless otherwise specified as part of a vacation package. Final payment is required at the time of booking, and unless otherwise specified, it is non-changeable and non-refundable. No refunds are allowed on unused portions of the services, including flights and hotel stays. While Sparkling Voyages is dedicated to make every effort to accommodate customers’ special requests, they cannot be guaranteed. Some properties might require additional charge if a crib or rollaway is required, and these charges are payable to the property upon check-out. Reservations must be accompanied by payment in full before they can be considered confirmed. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation, regardless whether or not the draft is signed. In the event when travel consultant does not have a signed credit card slip, it is their obligation to have a signed letter confirming that their client has given them the authorization to use the credit card without a signature. If a client refuses the charges on a credit card, the travel agent who originally booked the package will be held responsible.

In rare cases, it may become necessary for Sparkling Voyages to substitute hotels, and the tour operator will do its best to accommodate guests in comparable or higher level accommodation, and it cannot be liable for such instances. The standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm, and the check-out time is 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, however, regardless of guests’ flight times the hotel policies must be followed. Transfers and tours are not included unless otherwise specified on the itinerary. In extremely rare cases your reservation may be completely cancelled, and Sparkling Voyages’ responsibility will be limited to a refund of monies paid to Sparkling Voyages.

Flight schedules are subject to change without notice, and all customers having purchased a package or air only with Sparkling Voyages are entirely responsible for verifying the flight schedule with the airline. Sparkling Voyages will not be liable for neither refusal by itself or the air carrier to transport a passenger nor for the cancellation of a reserved space or removal of a passenger from an outbound flight and/or return flight due to, but not limited to, failure to present himself/herself for an outbound flight (no show), safety reasons to prevent the violation of any applicable laws of any country or to prevent any hazard or risk to such passenger, to any other person or property. Tickets and itineraries made out in the name of the customer are not transferable and are valid only on the dates and flights indicated. Although most travel to international destinations is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Sparkling Voyages advises passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the Canadian and US Governments prior to booking travel to international destinations at www.voyage.gc.ca and www.travel.state.gov,  and to obtain information on passport and travel documents requirements, please contact your travel consultant and visit www.ppt.gc.ca and www.cbp.gov Sparkling Voyages will not be responsible for failure by the client to be properly documented, or to obey the departure or baggage requirements, or for any government action or inaction, or any act of God, or for any cost arising due to disappointment, stress, injury, accident, death, inconvenience, or loss of enjoyment for the cancellation or change in the travel service offered.

While traveling abroad, some events may occur that are deemed to be normal for the specific destination, including variances in living standards, service disruptions, construction, etc. of which Sparkling Voyages makes every effort to notify customers. However, the customer agrees that Sparkling Voyages cannot be held responsible for any losses, injuries or damages owing to such occurrences or to delay, substitution or deficiency of quality of equipment however caused, or the consequences of any act, omission, negligence or other fault of a supplier, its agents, servants, employees or subcontractors.

Use of this website

As a condition of your use of this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age; you have the legal right and ability to enter into this User Agreement and to use or access our web site in accordance with this Agreement; you will only use this Website to acquire information for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act; you accept full and any other financial liability resulting from your use of our web site; the information you provided on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete; we retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, the violation of this Agreement.

While Sparkling Voyages makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on the website, it does not guarantee its accuracy and disclaims all liability for changes, omissions or errors relating to the description of the hotel, packages, tours, and other travel products. Time restrictions and extra charges may apply for some activities, watersports or facilities described. Photographs or pictures appearing on the Sparkling Voyages website should be used solely as an indication, where the decor and furnishings may vary from room to room. Sparkling Voyages makes no guarantee about availability of specific products and services. While Sparkling Voyages strives to partner only with highly reliable suppliers, the carriers, hotels, and other suppliers are independent contractors, and Sparkling Voyages has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any cancellation, delay, overbooking, strike, force majeure and other causes beyond its control.

By accessing or using this website in any manner, you agree to be bound by this agreement. This website can be used solely for the purpose of gathering travel information, and for no other purposes.  You agree that Sparkling Voyages may commence an action in any court of competent jurisdiction in order to enforce these Terms and Conditions and to seek damages and/or equitable relief against you for any breaches by you of these Terms. You agree and understand that you will not bring against Sparkling Voyages, or any of its directors, agents, and/or employees any class action lawsuit related to your access to, dealings with, or use of our website.
